The Three of Wands shows something that has already left its maker's hands and entered a larger machine. What is needed now is monitoring, cooperation, and the ability to distinguish an early signal from a finished result. In the image, three wands lean against a structure filled with pipes, tanks, and smoke. Movement therefore comes not from will alone but from transport, people, schedules, and invisible maintenance. Check what is already underway, where feedback travels, and who is waiting for your next move. Give the process time, but also define the evidence that means continue, correct, or stop. Patience is not staring at the horizon. It is listening to the system without naming every clank a success or disaster.
Reversed
The reversed Three of Wands shows movement whose connection to results has broken. Delay, a wrong route, a missing partner, or premature expansion may make the work heavy without making the direction visible. Do not add speed until you know where the chain fails. Check whether the thing actually left, the recipient got it, capacity exists, and you are measuring the right phenomenon. An external delay is not automatically a personal failure, but endless waiting without a review point is not a plan. Isolate one bottleneck and test a correction. If the system does not serve its purpose, reduce it, change the route, or stop. Not every smokestack needs feeding merely because someone once built it.
