The Queen of Wands sits on her throne with sunflowers on her staff, a black cat at her feet, and a shadow behind her. She does not deny darkness in order to appear bright. Her strength is knowing her influence without constantly needing to prove it. The card speaks of visible, warm leadership and the responsibility that follows charisma. Confidence is not certainty that you are always right, but the ability to hear an objection without losing your place. Show the direction, hold the boundary, and notice who in the room has not yet been given a voice.
Reversed
In the reversed Queen of Wands, influence constantly seeks reassurance from mirrors. Insecurity may appear as pleasing and making yourself smaller, but also as envy, control, or a need to manage every reaction in the room. Do not treat inner insecurity by restricting other people's freedom. Check what actually happened, ask for feedback from someone willing to answer honestly, and take responsibility for your impact. If you are being belittled or controlled, the answer is not to shine more convincingly but to strengthen boundaries and seek support.
