Judgement

Judgement's trumpet sounds among the graves. It calls you to examine what has been lived with honesty and decide what should follow from it. This is not punishment handed down by an outside judge but a moment of reckoning. What has ended, what still requires accountability, and what old idea about you is ready to be buried? The card distinguishes guilt from responsibility: shame circles your supposed worthlessness; responsibility identifies the act and seeks repair. Not everything can be made right, and forgiveness cannot be demanded, but the next action can be chosen differently. Listen to your conscience while checking that the voice does not belong to an old fear or someone who benefited from keeping you small. Judgement does not erase history. It asks what you will do now that you know it.
Reversed
Reversed Judgement shows a reckoning that has become stuck. Responsibility may retreat behind explanations, or the courtroom inside you may remain in session around the clock without admitting new evidence. Distinguish avoidance from unreasonable self-condemnation. If you have caused harm, name it precisely, listen to its impact, and make whatever repair is possible without demanding immediate forgiveness. If instead you judge your entire being by one act, failure, or another person's opinion, the sentence exceeds the evidence. A decision may be delayed because you are waiting for impossible certainty or permission from someone who will never give it. The card neither releases you from responsibility nor sentences you to life in shame. It asks you to reopen the case at the right point.
